Purple Tuesday is a national initiative which helps businesses to improve the customer experience for disabled people and their families across the tourism industry. This year, VisitEngland is encouraging you to look at the accessibility information on your website and they have recently published questionnaires to help you to identify and promote your key accessibility features.
You can download questionnaires for accommodation, attractions, food & drink or events. Easy to complete, they include the most important features key to inform trip-taking by disabled people and these are the most likely to increase bookings and visits.
